Create your own serving:

We suggest placing one scoop of powder (16g) into a resealable baggy or container to take with you.

Place a convenient amount of the 16g powder on/under tongue and eat until finished.

Liquid Alternative: Mix one scoop of powder per 2 ounces of room-temperature water and drink. Do not dilute or use more than 2 ounces of water per scoop of powder.

Store in a cool dry place.
